About this practice area.
The firm incorporates companies and LLPs through the MCA's integrated processes and keeps them compliant thereafter — annual filings, director KYC, auditor appointments, statutory registers, and the event-based forms that follow every change in capital, management, or registered office. ROC late fees accrue per day without a cap; the firm's compliance calendar exists so clients never pay them.
Right structure
Company, OPC, or LLP — chosen for the business, not by default.
Zero late fees
Annual and event-based filings on calendar — the per-day fee never starts running.
Registers in order
Minutes and statutory registers maintained, not reconstructed before an inspection.
