Certifications & Business Advisory

The matters that arise between the formal services — handled with the same diligence.

Overview

About this practice area.

Banks, authorities, and statutes routinely require certificates from a Chartered Accountant — net worth, turnover, Form 15CB for foreign remittances — each issued with UDIN and carrying professional responsibility. Beyond certification, the firm advises on the questions that sit between service lines: choice of entity, structuring a transaction, or a health-check of where the compliance actually stands.

Certifications

+

What is this

Issuance of certificates that statutes, banks, and authorities require from a Chartered Accountant — net-worth certificates, turnover certificates, and the accountant's certificate for foreign remittances (Form 15CB under the 1961 Act; Form 146 under the Income-tax Act, 2025, with the remitter's declaration now in Form 145 in place of Form 15CA) — and other attestations, issued with UDIN as mandated by ICAI.

Documents generally required

  1. Purpose of the certificate and the authority requiring it
  2. Underlying financial statements / books supporting the figures
  3. Bank statements, ITRs, and ownership documents, as relevant
  4. For foreign remittance certificates (15CB / Form 146): invoice, agreement, and nature of remittance with treaty details
Note: Every certificate carries a UDIN and professional responsibility — complete supporting records allow certification without delay.

Business Advisory

What is this

Advice on matters that sit between the formal services — choice of entity, transaction structuring, compliance health-checks, accounting system setup, and the financial questions that arise as a business grows or changes shape.

Documents generally required

  1. A brief description of the question or proposed transaction
  2. Latest financial statements and returns, where relevant
  3. Existing agreements or structure documents, if applicable
